Came out on service call Customer states last week that the vents were blowing out cold air. Informed customer of sequence of operations. Customer is now understanding how the system works and what to watch for. Changed Customer supplied 4inch dirty filter. (Informed Customer once the remodeling is done they should get a duct cleaning done. Also keep an eye on filter every 3 months so does not cause air flow restrictions doing damages to blower motor.)
Homeowner said unit doesn't seem to keeping up as the day warms up. Ran unit through cooling test mode. Checked blower and filter. Checked refrigerant charge on system. System was low on 410a. Charged system up with 2 lbs of 410a. Performed leak search on system. Opened up evaporator compartment, condenser section, and soaped fittings/ Piping. Found a few very small leaks in evaporator coil. Leaks are in a are that cannot be brazed. Couldnt see any other visible leaks in system. Need to warranty out evaporator coil. Once evaporator is replaced will pressure test system to confirm system has no other leaks at that time. Dryer is in condenser section so will need to recover all refrigerant from system to replace dryer when evaporator coil is replaced. Quoted customer warranty evaporator replacement.
Upon arrival found that homeowner had a E30 thermostat that was showing a blank white screen. Took thermostat off the wall and checked voltages at thermostat, it had 24v and 2.56 dc volts with no electrical interference. Thermostat is under warranty and labor warranty under coil care. New S30 thermostat is on will call at Lennox in Allen. Will need to return and install new thermostat. Upon arrival replaced old i30 Tstat with new s30, turned unit off, installed hub in attic on post, tied all used wires to common, wired in new Tstat, set Tstat up and showed homeowner how to use Tstat. System is now working properly at this time. Labor covered under cool care.
Checked amp draw‘s on blower motor And on electric heat strips checked amp draw‘s on condenser fan motor and compressor, checked pressures on heating and cooling, customer informed me that thermostat was having issues going blank periodically and turning back on the next day
Upon arrival issue was plumbing related. Checked condensate drain and water was not coming from a/c system. Checked all drains individually and couldn’t get water to show up on ceiling or floor in laundry room. Noticed that water was being sprayed from shower head on wall of shower valve and getting behind cover for shower valve. Need to have plumber come back and double check.
Spring maintenance. Customer had undersized filter in upstairs unit. They said to leave it and would replace themselves.
Check wiring connections made sure all was correct ... no lose connection's... blowed drain line.. we had no extra thermostats on truck told customer if thermostat malfunction again to take a picture of it.... thermostat may need to be replaced if problem persist.
Spring maintenance, cool and heating working, thermostat a little buggy, raplcement warranty pending, need to reschedule to return.

Completed two system air handler fall matience. Both units are operating properly at this time.
Completed one system fall matience left estimates, unit is heating properly at this time.
Dispatched to unit not running inside or out. As soon as I got to the call I dropped the temperature and called for cooling. And unit started running after delay. I preformed matience check on system and no problems were found. Delta T I'd 83/66.
